MODELING AGREEMENT

        This Modeling Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between [Your Full Legal Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Model," and any future employer or client engaging the Model's services, hereinafter referred to as the "Client."

1. Services and Compensation:
        The Model agrees to provide modeling services to the Client in accordance with the terms outlined in each specific project agreement, including the type of modeling, date, time, location, and compensation for each assignment. 2. Intellectual Property:
        The Model acknowledges that all photographs, images, or other content created during modeling assignments are the exclusive property of the Client. The Model relinquishes any rights or claims to these materials. The Client is granted the sole right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display these materials solely for their project's defined purposes, without extending their use beyond the agreed scope.

 

3. Model's Right to Use Content:
        The Model is granted the right to use select content from modeling assignments for self-promotion and marketing efforts, which may include but is not limited to the Model's portfolio, personal website, social media, and printed materials. The Model's use of such content must align with industry standards and regulations and should not infringe on the Client's rights or reputation. The Model may not, however, use the content for any commercial purposes without the Client's express written consent.

 

4. Name and Likeness:
        The Model permits the Client to use the Model's name, likeness, and image solely in connection with the specific project for which they were engaged. The Model retains the right to restrict any use of their name and likeness beyond the initial project without explicit written consent and potential further compensation.

 

5. Confidentiality:
        Both parties pledge to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during their working relationship, agreeing not to disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the other party.

 

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
        In cases of assignment cancellation or rescheduling, both parties commit to providing reasonable notice and cooperating to identify suitable alternative arrangements.

 

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
        This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through the appropriate legal channels according to the laws of [Your State/Country].

 

8. Entire Agreement:
